Michael Encinas FPQP™ has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael currently works as a Business Systems Analyst at RTS Labs since July 2021. Prior to that, they were an Integration Technology Analyst at Envestnet | MoneyGuide from June 2016 to July 2021.

Before joining Envestnet, Michael worked at CarMax as a Senior Payroll Specialist from May 2014 to June 2016 and as a Central Title Specialist from October 2013 to May 2014. Michael also worked as a Medical Office Specialist at HCA Physician Services-Richmond Surgical from March 2013 to July 2013.

Michael began their career as a Financial Advisor at Union First Market Bank, where they worked from August 2011 to March 2013.

Michael Encinas FPQP™ attended Virginia Tech from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management - Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology. Michael then pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2015, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2016, Michael attended the College for Financial Planning and earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) certification.
