Karen Clapp

Karen Clapp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management and production planning. Currently serving as a Production Planner at RTS Packaging, LLC since March 2017, Karen previously held the title of Office Manager at Shearon Environmental Design from September 2012 to March 2017, where responsibilities included processing payroll, managing financial reports, and overseeing human resources. Prior roles include Office Manager positions at Back to Nature Home and Garden and Spooky Brook Landscaping, Inc., as well as Branch Administrator at The Brickman Group, Ltd., where Karen managed payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and employee training. Karen began a professional journey in office operations as an Office Assistant at Independent Capital and has a solid foundation in customer service from time spent as Platform Personnel at Sovereign Bank. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from Trenton State College.
