Philip Boukas

Philip Boukas is a Valuations Associate at RTW Investments, LP, with a focus on developing internal valuation and allocation models for private biotech investments since June 2023. Prior to this role, Philip served as a Senior Associate at FORVIS from June 2022 to June 2023, working in valuations following the merger of legacy firms BKD and DHG. Additional experience includes positions as a Valuations Associate at Carta and an Investor at Pegasus Tech Ventures. Philip also held roles as a Venture Capital Investment Analyst and Investor at VU Venture Partners, in addition to summer analyst and intern positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Philip holds an MBA in Finance from Fairfield University and a Business Leadership Program certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University and a high school diploma from Manhasset High School.
