Matthias Halter

Matthias Halter has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Matthias started their career in 2000 at elfo ag as a Polymechaniker apprenticeship. After completing their apprenticeship, they continued working at elfo ag as a Polymechaniker CNC Fräsen in the Tool and Mold Making department until 2008. In between, they had a short stint at Pilatus Aircraft Ltd as a Polymechaniker in "Mechanische Bearbeitung". From 2008 to 2010, Matthias worked at Rodotec AG as an AVOR/PPS/Einkauf. Matthias then moved back to elfo ag and held roles as a AVOR/PPS/Einkauf from 2011 to 2016 and as a Leiter AVOR/PPS/Einkauf im Werkzeug- und Formenbau from 2017 to 2019. Afterwards, they joined Rodotec AG again, where they worked as Leiter AVOR/PPS/Einkauf/Logistik from 2019 to 2020. Most recently, Matthias has been working at Genossenschaft Migros Luzern as Leiter Logistik Agrar/Blumen from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as a Team Lead for Operation Planning and Control at RUAG, starting in 2022.

Matthias Halter obtained an Eidg. Dip. Prozessfachmann degree from sfb - esg - soa from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they received a certification in Sicherheitsbeauftragten (SIBE) Arbeitssicherheit & Gesundheitsschutz from Qualitätswerk GmbH in 2019, and attended a seminar in "Kommunikation" at sfb Bildungszentrum in 2009.
