Michael Stern

Michael Stern is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and system management. Currently serving as System Manager at RUAG since December 2022, Michael is responsible for ensuring service level agreements, coordinating between customers and support teams, and managing system-related controls and data within SAP. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated a wealth of expertise at Mitel Switzerland as a certified system integrator for Mitel and Aastra solutions for nearly three decades. Additional experience includes ICT project leadership at TelcomNet GmbH, project management at Kellerkom AG, and a background in telematics. Michael holds a CAS in Project Management from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz and a certification as an Integral Coach from Coaching Institut GmbH.
