Fitri Shofiah Humairah is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations and analysis. Currently serving as an Associate BizOps Manager at Ruangguru since September 2021, Fitri develops strategic plans to drive growth, leads cross-functional projects, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
