Dr. Ashutosh J.

Dr. Ashutosh J. has work experience spanning over two decades in various companies and roles. Dr. Ashutosh began their career in 1999 as an Executive HR & IT at Acrysil Ltd. Dr. Ashutosh then moved on to Atul Ltd, where they worked as a Manager - HR from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they briefly worked as AGM - HR for the Aditya Birla Group, Grasim, Birla Cellulosic. Dr. Ashutosh then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Principal Consultant from 2010 to 2013. After that, they worked as the Head HR & Legal at Transformers and Rectifiers India Ltd from 2013 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the HR Head (Epoxy) at Aditya Birla Chemicals. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate HR Head at Rubamin Pvt. Limited, a role they have held since 2019.

Dr. Ashutosh J. began their education at Fatima Convent, where they completed their secondary schooling in the field of science. Dr. Ashutosh then pursued a Masters in Human Resources Development (MHRD) from an undisclosed institution from 1998 to 2000. Afterward, they attended Pandit Deendayal Energy University, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Development from 2015 to 2021. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Human Capital Analysis from SHRM in December 2014 and as a Certified PPA Practitioner from Thomas International in July 2014.
