Tom Wasilewski

Tom Wasilewski is an experienced Maintenance Technician currently employed at Rubberatkins Ltd since September 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Shift Team Leader, preparing materials and equipment, maintaining production machines, and ensuring cleanliness in the workspace. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanic for industrial valves at ZAMKON, focusing on repair, assembly, and quality control of valves, as well as improvements in work organization. Tom also served as a Process Machine Operator at Diffutherm B.V. and held the position of Mechanic and later deputy manager of the maintenance department at POLMAG, where significant contributions were made to building and organizing the maintenance department. Education includes a Higher National Diploma in Food Technology and Processing from the Technical School of Gastronomy and ongoing studies in HNC Mechanical Engineering at North East Scotland College.
