Helen Gilder

Helen Gilder is an accomplished finance and strategic consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors, including technology, healthcare, and digital media. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees for Celebrus, Made Tech, and SimAnalytica, Helen has played a key role in guiding companies through significant growth and transformation initiatives. Helen's previous positions include Non-Executive Director roles at 7digital and GI UK Medical Ltd, where substantial exits were achieved, and a long tenure as CFO at ZOO Digital Group plc, overseeing major corporate milestones and two AIM listings. Helen holds a BSc (Hons) in Maths from The University of Sheffield and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAEW. Additionally, Helen operates Helen Gilder Limited, providing consultancy services to various businesses.
