Ben Woodman

Ben Woodman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Operations at Rubicon since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Strategy & Operations at Rubicon from February 2021 to September 2021.

Before joining Rubicon, Ben worked at Fair.com from 2018 to 2021. At Fair.com, they served as the Vice President of Consumer Strategy & Operations briefly in early 2021 before becoming the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations from 2020 to 2021. Ben initially joined Fair.com as the Director of Strategy & Operations in December 2018.

Prior to their time at Fair.com, Ben worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Consulting Manager from August 2018 to December 2018 and as a Senior Consultant from August 2016 to August 2018.

Ben's earlier work experience includes roles at Abt Associates as a Consulting Manager from October 2013 to August 2014, where they led engagements on global healthcare and finance innovations and published studies in top journals. Ben also worked as a Sr. Analyst at Abt Associates from September 2011 to October 2013.

Additionally, Ben worked as a Terrorism & Financial Intelligence Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from September 2010 to October 2011 and as a National Security Analyst at the United States Department of Defense from June 2004 to July 2008.

Ben Woodman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Ben also has an MPA in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University. In addition, they pursued Arabic & Middle East Studies at The American University in Cairo. Ben has obtained certifications in various fields, including Advanced Growth Strategy Program from Reforge, AWS Technical Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services, and Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate from Tableau Software. Ben also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
