Lauren Guilbeau

Lauren Guilbeau is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Rubicon since October 2018, Lauren has previously held positions such as Human Resources Director and Manager. Prior HR experience includes roles at Vero Biotech, N3, Carter, Systemax, and an internship at Bergquist Law Firm. Lauren's expertise encompasses employee relations, benefits plan administration, compliance, and corporate culture development. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and English from The University of Georgia and has a solid foundation in maintaining organizational effectiveness since beginning a career in human resources after graduating in 2010.
