Diego Sierra

Diego Sierra has over 18 years of work experience, starting with Accenture as a Senior Analyst in 2003. Diego then worked at Apernet as a Project Manager from 2006 to 2009, where they managed development and maintenance projects. In 2009, they joined Pisol as the Sales Director, in charge of business development, lead generation and agreement locking. Later in the same year, they moved to Globant as a Project Manager, managing game development projects for Electronic Arts. Moving forward, they joined Tango Modem LLC, where they worked as the Head of Production from 2010 to 2017, managing integrated projects for several global clients like SAP, Diageo, AXA-Equitable and Unilever. Since 2014, Diego served as the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Beings, leading the company's efforts, and now they work as the CEO of Rubicon since August 2022.

Diego Sierra has a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, which they earned from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, they completed a course in Introduction to the Capability Maturity Model at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on computer software engineering. Diego also obtained a Professional Certification in Project Management Professional from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in the same year.
