David Fraga

David Fraga has extensive experience in the energy sector, primarily in the gas business. Since December 2018, David has served as Gestor de Subsidiária at Rubis Energia Portugal, overseeing the Spelta subsidiary's operations across various gas sectors while reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Prior to this, David held key positions as a business manager at Spelta since 1998 and as GPL Business Manager for Repsol in Madeira from 2005 to 2018, managing a team of 23 and coordinating multiple departments. David's career also includes significant roles at Shell and BP, where responsibilities ranged from commercial management of gas business operations to improving workplace safety standards. David holds a degree from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa, completed in 1990.
