Kathy Hunter

Kathy Hunter has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Kathy is currently the Director of Sales at Ruby Jewel Ice Cream Sandwiches since June 2022. Previously, they worked as the National Sales Director at Snow Monkey from February 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Western Sales Manager at Amplify Snack Brands from August 2017 to December 2018. Kathy also served as the National Account Manager at barkTHINS snacking chocolate by ripple brand collective from September 2015 to August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales at thinkThin, LLC from November 2009 to August 2015. Before thinkThin, Kathy held the role of Divisional Sales Manager at Kerry from November 2004 to July 2009, where they managed branded retail sales for Natural and Specialty accounts in the Western US and Canada. Their career started as a Western Regional Sales Manager at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. from January 2001 to October 2004.

Kathy Hunter received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, from 1992 to 1996. Kathy also obtained a CERT certification from the City of Irvine in 2009.
