Dallas Blodgett

Dallas Blodgett has extensive experience in organizational development and leadership across multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as a Learning Partner at Synapse Health since December 2023, Dallas previously held various positions at Ruby since April 2011, including Organizational Development Business Partner, Leadership Development Champion, and Sales Director, among others. Dallas's responsibilities have involved partnering cross-functionally on change initiatives, talent development, performance management, and leadership effectiveness, while also developing training programs tailored to meet both human and business needs. Prior experience includes a role as Department Manager at Nordstrom from August 2004 to May 2010. Dallas's educational background includes studies at Linfield University (1999 - 2001) and Portland State University (2001 - 2003).
