Oleksandra Ivanenko has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Oleksandra currently works at RubyGarage as the Head of the Software Development Department, where they are responsible for developing and optimizing department services and processes, monitoring service quality, and representing the department in public events. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of the Product Management Office at RubyGarage, where they focused on developing and optimizing office services and processes, monitoring service quality, and representing the office in public events.

Before joining RubyGarage, Ivanenko worked at SocialBoost as a Business Analyst and Trainer for local government representatives. Oleksandra'sresponsibilities included creating strategic IT-planning methodologies for Ukrainian local governments, conducting training sessions, and organizing events related to website development and participatory budgeting.

Oleksandra also held the position of Head of Project Management Department at IASU, where they oversaw project management activities. Additionally, they worked at Yedynka DGTL as an IT Business Analyst and Business Development professional.

Ivanenko has volunteered their expertise as a Consultant in Project Management at Pobratymy NGO and as a Business Analyst at Transparency International. Oleksandra has also provided temporary project support for project management and coordination at UNDP.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an IT Project Manager and Business Developer at BCI, Neural Interface Technologies, where they were involved in project management, algorithm development, IT infrastructure setup, and crowdfunding campaigns. Oleksandra also organized the first neuro-gaming tournament in Eastern Europe.

Furthermore, Ivanenko served as the KNUTD Team Lead at Enactus and worked as a Business Analyst at Media-Training LLC.

Oleksandra Ivanenko has an extensive education history. Oleksandra completed their Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics, specializing in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services, from Kyiv National Economics University. Oleksandra attended this university from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their Master's degree, they also studied Economics and Business at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD) from 2009 to 2013. Furthermore, they pursued a special course in Philosophy at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy from 2012 to 2013.
