Dimitri Syrkin-Nikolau

Dimitri Syrkin-Nikolau has a diverse work experience. Dimitri started in 2008 as the owner of Ian's Pizza-Wrigleyville and then became the CEO of Ian's Franchising INC in 2010. In 2011, they founded and launched their own business, Dimo's Pizza, focusing on operating a mission-driven business with an emphasis on supporting justice, development, and unity. Dimitri also invested heavily in innovation and the optimization of business through technology and finance. In 2012, they became a partner at Boss Lady Pizza. In 2018, they co-founded Ruca, a versatile cooperative of passionate professionals who collaborate on various projects. Currently, in 2021, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Yorba.

Dimitri Syrkin-Nikolau pursued their higher education from 2003 to 2007 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During this period, they successfully earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with their studies focused on Biology and History.
