Janina Alma Malinis

Janina Alma Malinis started their career as an intern at RocketSheep Studio in 2014 and later interned at The Acid House. Janina Alma then worked as a Graphic Designer at Imonggo from August 2015 to August 2016, focusing on the development of the company's rebrand and promotional materials, as well as UI design for web and mobile products. Janina Alma then joined Rappler in September 2016 as a Motion Graphic Artist, where they primarily focused on the visual development of editorial and sales videos, exploring various animation styles. In March 2019, they were promoted to Senior Motion Graphics Artist at Rappler, and they continued in this role until their departure in March 2023. Janina Alma is currently working as a Visual & Motion Designer at Ruca, starting in March 2023.

From 2011 to 2015, Janina Alma Malinis attended the University of the Philippines, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Visual Communication.
