Li-Chieh Yao (Roger)

Li-Chieh (Roger) Yao is a seasoned Staff Software Engineer with extensive experience in network maintenance, packet analysis, and automation test case implementation. Currently employed at CommScope since April 2019 and at Ruckus Networks since December 2017, Li-Chieh has a strong background in these domains, contributing to both Ruckus and Brocade in various engineering capacities. Previous positions include roles as a Software Engineer at Ruckus Wireless, where responsibilities included test case implementation and automation execution, and a Test Engineer at Quanta Computer Inc., where work focused on testing LTE devices and creating build-deploy-test workflows. Li-Chieh began a career in technology as a Computer Teaching Assistant at Chung Yuan Christian University while earning a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Civil Engineering from the same institution.
