Florian Kretzschmar

Florian Kretzschmar has extensive experience in the field of IT, with a particular focus on management and infrastructure development. Florian started their career at Rosenberger HF-Technik GmbH as an IT Network Technician and later assumed the role of IT & Network Technician, where they were responsible for the active directory infrastructure, company-wide networks, VPN binding, and client rollouts. After this, Florian worked at TQ-Systems GmbH as a Senior Network Technician, where they managed the Enteo Client Migration Suite, provided first and second-level client support, and reorganized the company's internal network. Florian then joined 360° IT GmbH as a Senior System and Network Technician, where they developed and maintained IT infrastructure for various clients. Florian gained experience in the automotive industry at Volvo Trucks as a Regional Application Specialist, responsible for software trainings, roll-outs, and life-cycle management. Florian further expanded their expertise at Retarus, where they held the position of Head of Enterprise IT. In this role, they oversaw the internal IT department, focusing on infrastructure development and improvement, employee training, and budget management. Florian most recently worked at KRATZER AUTOMATION AG as the Head of IT before joining RUDOLF GROUP in the same role in 2022.

Florian Kretzschmar attended Christopherus Boarding School from 1994 to 1998 and obtained a General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) degree. In 2015, they also obtained a certification in IHK Project Coordination from the IHK Academy in Munich and Upper Bavaria.
