Marty Neumann

Marty Neumann currently serves as the Director of Retail Sales and Operations at Rudolph Foods since April 2017, while also holding the position of West Sales Manager for the Gaslamp Popcorn Division of Rudolph Foods since July 2013. Prior to these roles, Marty Neumann gained extensive experience at Frito Lay from January 1996 to July 2013, where responsibilities included serving as District Sales Leader and District Sales Manager. During tenure at Frito Lay, Marty Neumann successfully built and managed a team of route sales representatives, focusing on recruiting, mentoring, training, and certifying sales staff.
