Chris Poblano

Chris Poblano is an experienced manager in the restaurant industry, currently serving as a manager at Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q since April 2021, while also holding a managerial position at Willie's Restaurants since April 2017. Previously, Chris worked as a culinary manager for Le Duff America, Inc. and as a kitchen manager at Landry's from March 2011 to July 2013. Chris holds an Associate of Arts degree in Architecture from San Antonio College, completed between 2009 and 2011.
