Jos Goncalves

Jos Goncalves is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and sales within the industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Rudy's Pizza Napoletana since March 2020, Jos oversees a team of over twenty staff while focusing on business reporting and achieving sales targets. Previously, Jos has held roles including Recruitment Consultant at Ashley James Group and Bar Manager at Albert's Schloss, recognized for its award-winning status. Jos also has experience as an Account Manager at Budweiser Budvar UK Limited, where responsibilities included social media marketing and event organization, as well as a Sales Manager at The Meantime Brewing Company Limited. Jos began the career as a Bar Tender and later became Director of Messy Mondays Events and Promotions, significantly increasing sales for a local bar. Jos holds a B.A. in Business and Management from Leeds Beckett University and furthered education with a Digital Marketing Institute qualification in 2019.
