Mark Weinberg

Mark Weinberg is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Rue Gilt Groupe. He was named to this position in 2016. Mr. Weinberg is one of the original co-founders of the Company and joined its predecessor, SmartBargains, Inc., an off-price eCommerce site selling fashion and home goods, in 2001 as the Director of Business Development. During his time at RGG, he has managed various departments including marketing, operations, financial forecasting and the SmartBargins.com website. Prior to joining the Company, he was a consultant at Bain & Company and a financial analyst in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Weinberg holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
