Kaley Ducoeur

Kaley Simonis is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in project management and environmental permitting. Currently serving as an Environmental Team Leader and Project Manager at Ruekert & Mielke, Inc. since July 2020, Kaley has also held the position of Alderman for Ward 1 in the City of Weyauwega from April 2021 to December 2023. Previous roles include Environmental Project Manager at both GAI Consultants, Inc. and Blue Mountain Incorporated, where Kaley specialized in oil and gas projects, environmental site assessments, and various permitting processes. Kaley's expertise is complemented by internships at organizations such as PPG Industries and the Bureau of Land Management, as well as education from PennWest California, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on leadership and management.
