Alexander Kulitz

Alexander Kulitz serves as an Executive Board Member at ESTA Apparatebau GmbH & Co.KG since September 2009 and as a Managing Shareholder at Kulitz & Twelmeier GmbH since July 2017, providing external data protection officer services in compliance with German regulations. Kulitz holds the position of Stellv. Regionalvorsitzender IHK Neu-Ulm at IHK Schwaben since October 2023 and has been the Chairman Of The Supervisory Board at RUF Automobile GmbH since April 2012. From October 2017 to October 2021, Kulitz was a Member of Parliament in the Deutscher Bundestag, serving as the spokesperson for foreign trade for the FDP faction. Previous legal experience includes a role as Rechtsreferendar at Landgericht Ulm from October 2007 to October 2009. Educational qualifications include a Ergänzungsstudium in Rechtswissenschaften from Deutsche Hochschule für Verwaltungswissenschaften and a Staatsexamen in Jurastudium from the University of Tübingen, alongside studies at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and University of Augsburg.
