Kathi Fuhrmann's work experience includes roles in various companies and organizations. Kathi recently started working at Malmö Universitet in the Förskollärarprogramm. Kathi then went on to Kiel University from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Empirisk språkvetenskap and another in Nordisk filologi. In 2017, Kathi attended Malmö University, where they completed a Fristående kurs in Genusvetenskap.
