Melissa Kokai, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director and HR Consultant at Empowered Hospitality since December 2019, focusing on the people resources of hospitality businesses. Previous experience includes HR Consultant roles at shilo.people and Sushi Sushi, as well as serving as People Operations Business Partner at Bluestone Lane and HR Advisor at Retail Zoo. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Monash University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from Deakin University.
