David Pennington has a strong work experience in the food industry. David currently works at Ruiz Foods as the Director of Corporate FSQ, after previously holding the positions of Associate Director of FSQ and QA Manager. Before joining Ruiz Foods, they worked at CTI Foods as a Production Manager and Senior Quality Manager. Prior to that, they were employed at Brakebush Chicken as an FSQ and HACCP Manager and 3rd Shift Operations Manager. David also worked at Windsor Foods as a Logistics Supervisor and Operations Supervisor, and at Sanderson Farms as a Plant Superintendent and Operations Supervisor.
David Pennington graduated from Texas A&M University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science. Prior to that, they attended C E Ellison High School from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to food safety, including FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food, Implementing SQF Systems, Food Safety Internal Auditor, Advanced SQF Practitioner, and Developing and Implementing HACCP.
