Galen Sienicki

Galen Sienicki is an experienced leader in manufacturing and engineering with a strong background in food production and consumer goods. Currently serving as SVP of Engineering, FS/QA, EHS, & CI at Ruiz Foods since July 2022, Galen previously held the position of VP of Operations at Ferrara Candy Company. Galen's past roles include Managing Director at GSK's Consumer Healthcare division and various Factory Director positions at Unilever, where significant operational improvements were achieved under Galen's leadership at multiple facilities. Early career experiences include engineering and managerial roles at Tekni-Plex Inc, Graham Packaging Company, and Colgate Palmolive Co., focusing on manufacturing efficiency and process improvements. Academic credentials include a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and dual MBA degrees in Business and Marketing from Baker University.
