Jason Mok

Jason Mok is an accomplished professional with a strong background in strategy, operations, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for Patient Experience at Rula since April 2024, Jason previously held roles including Head of Customer Success Strategy & Operations at EverestLabs.AI, where responsibilities encompassed customer onboarding, deployment, and data insights. As a Co-Founder of Confidante, Jason contributed to improving mental health support through technology, while roles at Castlight Health involved managing customer reporting and analytics. Early career experiences at Deloitte included leading system integration projects and developing the State of California's first online unemployment insurance certification platform. Jason holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and has furthered education at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
