Sophie Brown

Sophie Brown's work experience began in 2006 as a Sales Representative at Henry Seymour & Co. Sophie then worked as an Assistant to the Training Manager and Sales Director at Home Learning College from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Compliance Recruitment Consultant at Hays Financial Markets. Sophie joined RSA in 2011, where they worked in the Head Office role until 2012. Sophie then moved to Nike as an HR Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator, focusing on athlete recruitment and employee development for the London Olympics. In 2012, they also worked as a Talent Advisor at Cheil Worldwide Inc., supporting the People Department. Sophie then became a Recruitment Advisor at the Financial Ombudsman Service in 2013 before transitioning to Bates Wells Braithwaite, where they worked as an HR Advisor until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple, starting as an HR Adviser and progressing to the HR & Internal Communications Manager and ultimately the Head of Human Resources role. Sophie currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Ruleguard, starting in 2021.

Sophie Brown attended Bromley High School GDST from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained their high school degree. Sophie then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Greenwich from 2007 to 2010.
