Matt Nolte has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as a Store Manager in Training at Ruler Foods since April 2019. Previously, Matt held the position of Store Manager at Creve Coeur Camera for nearly 15 years, where responsibilities included profit and loss management, exceptional customer service, inventory accuracy, and staff training and development. Additionally, Matt's early career involved roles as Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Sears Hometown Dealer Store, focusing on sales maximization for home appliances and related products. Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
