Roby S.s. M.m.

Roby S.S., M.M. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in training and development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group since February 2019, Roby previously held the position of Human Resources Associate Manager (HRBP) within the same organization, effectively managing HR issues. Prior to this role, Roby worked at Siloam Hospitals Group as a Training Coordinator, where responsibilities included mapping out training plans and designing training programs. Roby also served as a Corporate Training Performance Consultant at MidPlaza Holding, coordinating training systems across two subsidiaries, and began the career as a Learning and Development Staff at FUNWORLD PRIMA, achieving notable success in establishing tailored training programs. Roby holds a Master's degree in HR Management from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
