Ainun Rahma

Ainun Rahma is an experienced professional in program management and learning development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Senior Program Manager at Rumah Siap Kerja since November 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing task management for Prakerja classes. Prior roles at Rumah Siap Kerja also included Program Manager and Learning Project Director, focusing on the end-to-end execution of learning development. At Pemimpin.id, Ainun held several positions from January 2020 to November 2021, including Project Management Office Lead, Learning Operation Specialist, Training & Event Officer, and User Acquisition, managing project quality and operational execution of learning programs. Ainun holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2020.
