Sergey Milyukov

Sergey Milyukov has significant experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being an Associate General Counsel at Rumble since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Welbilt Inc. as an Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel, where they provided legal support in various areas such as SEC reporting and compliance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Before joining Welbilt Inc., Sergey worked at Pepper Hamilton LLP as an Associate from 2016 to 2019, and at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as an Associate from 2015 to 2016. Sergey also served as an Associate at Paul Hastings from 2013 to 2015 and as a Legal Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2012. Sergey began their career at EY as a Senior Associate from 2006 to 2009.

Sergey Milyukov earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida between 2002 and 2006. Sergey later pursued further education by attending Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from 2010 to 2013.
