Carol Wang

Carol Wang has held various positions in the tax field since 2014. Carol began their career as an Associate in Tax at Dorsey & Whitney LLP and Wood LLP. In 2016, they joined Kirkland & Ellis LLP as an Associate in Tax, where they provided U.S. federal income tax advice. In 2021, they joined the Joint Committee on Taxation as Legislation Counsel. In addition, they have been a Co-Founder at Rumi Spice since 2014.

Carol Wang attended Harvard Law School from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.). Prior to that, they attended Princeton University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned an A.B. in Woodrow Wilson School.
