Eric Sorkin

Eric Sorkin is the Founder and CEO of several companies in the maple industry, with experience in legal work prior to that. Eric began their career in various organizations working on legal matters before moving on to establishing Thunder Basin Maple Works, one of the largest sugaring operations in the country. In addition, Eric is also the co-owner of Cave Moose Farm, a small organic vegetable and flower farm that later evolved into a maple operation. Currently, Eric is the Founder and CEO of Runamok since 2016, where Eric and their wife tap maple trees in Vermont.
