Sakthi Subramanian

Sakthi Subramanian has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Sakthi started their career as a Quality and Software Automation Tester at IBS Software Services in 2007, where they quickly learned to automate testing and gained experience in Java application development. Sakthi then moved on to work at Amazon.co.uk as a Quality Analyst, responsible for testing internal applications.

In 2012, Sakthi joined Rangespan Ltd as a Quality and Test Analyst, where they worked on data manipulation and automation using Java, Python, and JavaScript. Sakthi introduced new automation techniques using Selenium RC and IDE.

Sakthi then joined Hogarth Worldwide in 2012 as a Senior QA Engineer, working on automation testing for advanced media and asset management software.

In 2016, Sakthi joined William Hill as a Software Development Engineer in Test, where they played a key role in creating and maintaining automation frameworks for gaming teams. Sakthi was responsible for day-to-day testing, delivery, regression, and production deployment testing.

From 2019 to 2021, Sakthi worked at Funding Xchange as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, working on a FinTech project with cutting-edge technologies like AWS microservices, API automation, and Bitbucket continuous integration. Sakthi developed a well-designed API automation suite using Java, Cucumber, Gherkin, Gradle, and Testra reporting tool.

Currently, Sakthi is working at Runa as a QA Automation Lead, starting in December 2021.

Sakthi Subramanian completed a Bachelor's of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSNA College of Engineering and Technology between 2003 and 2007. Later, between 2010 and 2011, Sakthi pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University.
