Tim Copeland has a diverse work experience starting in 2000 as a Director for SilverStripe, one of New Zealand's leading digital transformation companies. Tim co-founded the company and played a crucial role in its client-side growth. Tim also served on the board of directors. In 2007, they became the Chairman of Unlimited Potential.
Tim went on to become the CEO and Founder of Runn in 2017, where they currently hold the position. At the same time, they also served as an Independent Advisor for the Digital Identity Oversight Group at the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) until January 2018.
Prior to these roles, Tim was a Director for Careers New Zealand from June 2014 to July 2017, overseeing a significant improvement in staff engagement and service quality. Tim was also an Advisor for the 21st Century Learning Reference Group from June 2013 to December 2014, providing expertise on 21st century learning environments and digital literacy in schools.
Tim Copeland attended Scots College from 1993 to 1999. Tim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Victoria University of Wellington from 2004 to 2009.
