Alex Williams

Alex Williams is currently the Corporate Head of Assets & Regeneration at RUNNYMEDE BOROUGH COUNCIL. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Asset Management and Property Services at Elmbridge Borough Council from November 2009 to April 2020. Alex is skilled in all areas of Property Portfolio Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and road Planning legislation knowledge. Alex is also an expert in negotiation and has a comprehensive understanding of Social/Affordable Housing. Alex is a Chartered surveyor who graduated from City University UK and is currently accredited to undertake professional coaching and mentoring qualifications. Alex is also an external examiner as an “industry expert” for Universities who undertake Property degrees.

Alex Williams attended Beresford House School Easbourne for their MA Valuation and Law degree.

Alex Williams reports to Paul Turrell, CEO & Head of Paid Service. They are on a team with Mario Leo - Corporate Head of Law & Governance, Monitoring Officer, Paul French - Corporate Head of Financial Services, Deputy S151 Officer, and Rachel Raynaud - Corporate Head of Planning Policy & Economic Development.
