Nageshwar P B has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nageshwar started their career as a Traveling Ticket Examiner at South Central Railway in 1994 and worked there until 2000. Nageshwar then transitioned into the field of human resources and joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited as Deputy Manager - HR from 2003 to 2005. Nageshwar then held the position of Head - Human Resources at Jones Lang LaSalle from 2005 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Oberoi Realty Limited as Head - Human Resources from 2010 to 2015. Nageshwar further progressed their career at Deloitte as Director, Talent Function from 2015 to 2019. Nageshwar then joined Puravankara Limited as Head - Human Resources from 2020 to 2022. Currently, Nageshwar holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Runwal, starting from February 2023.
