Briana Byron has been working in the customer service industry since 2019. Briana began their career at Tutor Associates, where they held the role of Program Director. In 2022, they moved to Runwise, where they currently serve as the Customer Success Manager.
Briana Byron attended Stuyvesant High School from 2009 to 2012. Briana then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in the Bologna Consortial Studies Program at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
