David R. Pfalzgraf, Jr.

David Pfalzgraf, Jr. has served as the Managing Partner at Rupp Pfalzgraf LLC since 2001 and is affiliated with several professional organizations including the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association. David is a board member of the Erie County Bar Foundation and Evans Bancorp, Inc., and has held the position of Past President for the Kaleida Health Foundation. David also has a background in the US Navy, where the role of Lieutenant Junior Grade was held from 1992 to 1994. Educational credentials include a BA from Miami University (1988-1992) and attendance at the University at Buffalo from 1994 to 1997.
