In this position, Courtney is responsible for developing strategy to optimize our talent acquisition and employee development programs and align with the company’s goals. She holds a BS in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Human Resources from Towson University, is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
