Justin Stafford

Justin Stafford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Loan Officer at Rural 1st® since June 2023, Justin previously held various roles at Regions Bank from August 2012 to June 2023, including Agriculture Relationship Manager and Branch Manager. Prior to that, Justin was the Community Marketing Manager at Farmers and Merchants Bank and the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at A Place Called Home. Earlier career endeavors included positions at Pepsi MidAmerica as a Program Execution Rep, Aeneas Internet & Telephone as an Outside Sales Representative, and Manpower as a Business Development Manager. Justin began the professional journey as an Accounting Associate at Telstar Logistics. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Business Accounting from Bethel University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
