Earle Rugg

Earle Rugg has had a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. From 2003 to 2004, they served as VP & Chief Marketing Officer at Payer Technologies, Inc., where they provided clients with access to a complete Inter Plan Teleprocessing Services (ITS) systems facility. From 2004 to 2011, they were the CEO of Rural Health IT Corporation, where they worked to improve the wellness of individuals by achieving trans-disciplinary care across the healthcare continuum. Since 2011, they have been a member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Clinicians for the Underserved, a nonprofit organization that works to improve the health of America's underserved populations.

Earle Rugg attended Boston University from 1965 to 1969, where they received their AB in Political Science & Economics. Earle then attended Suffolk University Law School from 1969 to 1972, where they received their JD in Law.
