Olusunmisola obtained their High School Diploma from Louisville Girls High School in 2003. Olusunmisola then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree at Olabisi Onabanjo University from 2003 to 2010.
After completing their undergraduate studies, they attended Windsor University School of Medicine, St Kitts, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 2012.
