Matthew Shelley

Matthew Shelley currently serves as the Weatherization Program Manager and Evaluation Specialist at Rural Resources Community Action, a position held since June 2018, where responsibilities include performing needs assessments, developing client-focused surveys, and engaging with community members. Matthew Shelley also has military experience as a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, focusing on search and rescue and law enforcement, alongside various positions in education and customer service.
