Clarence Clay

Clarence Clay is an experienced construction industry professional with a background in project management, estimation, and leadership. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Ruscilli Construction since November 2022, Clarence previously held the position of President at Red Tails Transport, overseeing a micro fleet of auto haulers.
